“Over the last 20 years, the city has had four or five strategic planning sessions. Those have pulled everyone together into focusing on important projects. Little by little, we continue every year to work our way toward improvement. All that collectively has made a huge difference in the community. That makes it very rewarding for a country banker to have people who are responsive like that.”
