“One of our strengths last season was our ability to pack. Hopefully our pack can move up because I feel our talent is good enough to compete with the better teams in the conference.”
“Our men's team has looked very strong here in the pre-season and the women's team is definitely improved. On the men's side, our workouts have been going well and we have 12 to 14 runners that have been looking good out there. Our women are much farther along than they were at this point a year ago.”
“Once our conference meet rolls around (Oct. 22), I think we'll be ready to go. One of the pluses of our team is that it is a positive group and very supportive, which will make us a stronger team in the long run.”
