“No players on this team have ever won a playoff game, ... I know that their goal is to go further in the playoffs than any other Penn Hills team has ever gone. The seniors can say that they've made the playoffs. They can say that they've won a section championship. But none of them can say that they've advanced in the playoffs. I think that is their biggest goal this year.”

She always goes 100 percent whether it be games or practice. She hates to lose. She's everything you want, not only as a soccer player, but as an athlete.”

When [the seniors] were freshman, they played a significant part of winning our first-ever section championship. Unfortunately, we came in second place in their sophomore year. Then last year we did not make the playoffs. So they have gotten a taste of everything. They want to go out as champions.”
